Lea Michele can use a photo opportunity after little Hailee Steinfeld made her out to be a monster diva, or at least coldly indifferent. But Lea shows she can turn on the sweetness, not to mention sexiness in a new photo shoot.
The Glee star’s run in with the 14-year-old occurred when she was on the Paramount lot in costume auditioning for her debut movie “True Grit.”
‘Glee’ also films on the lot, and I love the show,” Steinfeld told J-14 magazine. “I saw Lea Michele just walking to her trailer, and I was like, ‘That’s the girl from ‘Glee.’ I’ve got to go ask for her autograph!’ So I walked up to her and asked for her autograph, but she walked by and a guy came and said, ‘Sorry, now’s not a good time!'”

The brush off reduced Steinfeld to tears.
Michele later said she was unaware that Steinfeld was seeking an autograph and said she was turned away by an over-zealous aide who was under instructions to limit interruptions.
“I heard Hailee was upset and feel terrible. The Glee schedule is so jam-packed that the PA probably pulled me so that I wouldn’t be late to set. I never meant to hurt her feelings,” Michele said in a statement released to GossipCop.
Nonetheless, the incident triggered an outpouring of criticism about Michele’s over-the-top diva behavior.
“She acts like she’s the only star on the show, and it has become an uncomfortable situation when she gives attitude to the people around her,” a source close to “Glee” told the New York Daily News last summer. “Lea acts like she’s better than the rest of the cast.”
So now Michele is doing a little image mending. Check out her photos:
