Robert Pattinson and actress Natalia Tena share more than a few things in common. Both are British and both had parts in the Harry Potter series. And, they had sex… onscreen that is. Natalia tells all.
Tena, 27, landed her first film role in 2002 comedy “About a Boy,” with Hugh Grant, Rachel Weisz and Nicholas Hoult.
She landed what turned out to be a sizable role in the Harry Potter series when she stumble, literally, into the part of Nymphadora Dora Tonks, a Metamorphmagus and an Auror in “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.”

She thought the role was as an extra and had a glass of wine or two before audition.
As she tells it, she tripped over a table and chair and as it turns out clumsiness was one of Dora’s character traits. She got the part and reprised it the “Half Blood Prince, and the final two “Deathly Hallows” films.
Rob, of course, played the role of Cedric Diggory in “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.”
That was his first and only appearance in a Potter film and their paths didn’t cross until the filming of “Bel Ami,” based on the 1885 French novel of the same name by Guy de Maupassant.
Rob, 25, plays Georges Duroy, a down-on-his-luck soldier who becomes a ruthless social climber in Paris.
Natalia plays Rachel, a bawdy prostitute who finds her way into Georges’ arms for some hot sex.
“I knew him before all the ‘Twilight’ stuff,” Tena says. “We used to hang out for a bit, so it was a bit weird [during filming]. I was like, ‘All right, mate, come on, let’s do it! It will be fun!’ ” she told MTV.
As it turned out, the lustful scene with Rob turned out to involve less pressure than she thought.
“It’s actually harder to do sex scenes when they’re intimate,” she says.
“But when I’m just a prostitute who he’s banging, it’s fun sex, you can have a lot of fun with it,” she says.
Rob was definitely in the spirit of things.
In between takes she says the two were laughing and joking and egging each other to “groan louder, louder,” she says.
Natalia also shares something else in common with Rob, an interest in music. She sings and plays the accordion in the band Molotov Jukebox.
She told MTV that Rob’s butt won’t get the Breaking Dawn treatment and be air-bushed out of the scene.
“There is a lot of everything in that,” she said.
Tena said fans will definitely see a different side of Rob in the movie.
“He’s not nice at all in this,” she said. “Which is great, because he’s going to break away from that [teen heartthrob] thing and show that he can play those roles, which is so important as an actor to not stay on that same path.”
The film’s all-star cast includes Uma Thurman, Kristin Scott Thomas and Christina Ricci, all of whom play Rob’s lovers in the film.
“Bel Ami” is expected to hit theaters in 2012.
