Emma Roberts stars in a hilarious send up of the dark, film noir movie “Girl with the Dragon Tattoo,” brought to you by the folks at Funny or Die.
The 2:39 clip parodies the latest trailer for the David Fincher film and is titled “The Girl With The Tramp Stamp Tattoo.”
There are some obvious differences of course. Roberts trades the heroine’s powerful motorcycle, which she rides in the real trailer for a pink scooter.
She also wears a pair of Uggs instead of black motorcycle boots and seems a little lightweight compared with Rooney Mara, who plays Lisbeth Salander in the real movie.
Instead of a dragon tattoo, she has a butterfly inked on the small of her back with the word “Breathe.”
She reveals it when she bends over and her jacket rides up revealing the tattoo and her red lace underwear.
The ditzy heroine is all about chewing gum, flipping her hair, talking on her cell phone and breaking bottles over a rival’s head.
The real movie, which is based on the crime novels of the late Swedish writer Stieg Larsson, is due out Dec. 21. Daniel Craig and Christopher Plummer also star in the film.
