Lindsay Lohan: Kicks Drugs, Still Addicted to Sam

Actress Lindsay Lohan is switch hitting at the moment, but she’s ready to go one way again — anytime Samantha Ronson wants to take her down.

Lindsay just can’t kick the girl love, even though Ronson has that “Boys Don’t Cry” man-girl vibe going on.

Lohan opened up about her love life in an interview with UK tabloid The Sun.

LiLo says their 18-month relationship was “really scary” and she doesn’t know if she could ever have the same feeling for another girl. But Ronson must know how to push the right buttons. LiLo hopes they will reconcile.

“It was a big deal for me because I’ve never had a relationship as public as that, especially being with a girl for the first time. That was really scary for me. But I didn’t care because I love her,” Lohan said.

“If I wasn’t with Samantha, I would probably be with a boy next. She’s the only woman I’ve been attracted to. We love each other. We might reconcile the relationship, maybe. I don’t know,” Lohan said.

Lohan, however, is still apparently in denial about what went down leading to their break up in April 2009. She claimed they ended it because Ronson’s family and friends did not approve of her and the paparazzi her life attracts.

But according to press accounts at the time, her family members thought Lohan was becoming increasingly unstable and obsessive and possibly harmful to herself or Ronson.

It may well be a Sid Vicious, Nancy Spungen kind of relationship — obsessive and destructive at the same time.

Despite all the craziness, Lohan and Ronson live in the same apartment building in Los Angeles and keep in touch.

Lohan definitively has an addictive personality. She spoke at length about her alcohol, cocaine and prescription drug use.

She lays it off on her father, however. She claims the drugs started getting out of control when he started intruding in her life in 2007.

In fact, she says her dad indirectly introduced her to cocaine, because he was using and she became curious about it. Thanks, Dad.

Lohan says she is now clean.

“I’m allowed to drink now but I know my limits. There are certain situations where I have obligations. There’s no reason to (drink) because I don’t want to feel like shit in the morning,” Lohan said.

Maybe now, she’ll be able to get job.
