Kristen Stewart stole the show at the premiere of her latest flick “On the Road” in Los Angeles yesterday (Nov. 3), wearing a stunning cut-out white top and high-waisted black trousers by her favorite Balenciaga designer Nicolas Ghesquière.
Stewart, 22, developed a strong bond with Ghesquière while putting together a campaign for the brand’s Florabotanica fragrance.
Ghesquière also stood by her over the summer during the height of her cheating scandal with “Snow White and the Huntsman” Director Rupert Sanders. He refused to drop her despite widely reported rumors the brand was cutting her loose because of the affair.

The film was screened as part of the AFI Fest, sponsored by the American Film Institute at the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, the Mann Chinese 6 Theatres, the Egyptian Theatre and the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.
Stewart was pulling double duty. She also appeared at an event promoting the last of the “Twilight” saga movies “Breaking Dawn, Part 2.” She wore a green and black optical illusion dress. She wore her hair down and over her shoulders and later swept it back for the “On the Road” premiere.
“On the Road” is based on the ’50s-era novel by Beat Generation writer Jack Kerouac, who penned a fictionalized version of his travels across country in the late 1940s with pal Neal Cassady.
Boyfriend Robert Pattinson did not make the event. But the two have reconciled their differences and have been seen out and about together in Los Angeles.
The made their first promotional appearance together for Breaking Dawn last week in an interview with MTV News that included Taylor Lautner. They will walk the red carpet together at the film’s LA premiere on Nov. 12. The film goes nationwide on Nov. 16.
