Jennifer Lawrence Takes Focus Off Boobs, Bras at NYC Premiere

All Business on the Hunger Games Red Carpet

Jennifer Lawrence, perhaps tired of the constant tabloid focus on her boobs and bras, went with an understated Christian Dior dress at the latest “Hunger Games: Catching Fire” premiere in New York City last night (Nov. 20). She looked like a Wall Street bond trader.

Lawrence has been drawing all kinds of leering tabloid references to her more revealing gowns and dresses on the movie promotional tour.

She’s hit the red carpet in London, Paris, Berlin, Madrid, Rome and Los Angeles, each time sporting a different and sometimes daring look.

Christian Dior has become her overwhelming designer of choice on the tour. Could this signal a deal in the offing with the mega-brand to rep their clothes? Jennifer already has a deal to be the face of a Dior perfume.

Last night, she wore another Dior design, a black blazer with a plunging neckline and a black miniskirt. This time though, she wore a white bra top with a printed green panel underneath that more than covered her cleavage.

She might have gone without the top previously. As it was, she flashed only the tiniest hint of her bare midriff.

She accessorized with black Manolo Blahnik sandals and a black clutch. Her makeup was simple and minimal. She wore a smoky eyeshadow and pink lipstick.

As with all her appearances, this one was unique to the event. In each city, she’s sported a different look, from casual elegance to sexy Goth. Perhaps because it was New York City, Lawrence decided to be all business. She looked tailored and professional and would have fit in on Wall Street.
