Linda Bruckheimer is married to movie mogul Jerry Bruckheimer. Normally, that would be the end of the story for a Hollywood wife. But Linda is not your typical Hollywood wife. She’s built a reputation on her own for photography that defines the American experience.

Andy Warhol’s sprawling Hamptons estate has hit the market at a price that rivals some of his most famous pop art. Current owner Mickey Drexler, chief executive of J. Crew clothing brand, is asking $85 million, a price that will test the strength of the East End beach real estate market.

Amiri Baraka, an influential black writer and artist, who veered into radicalism and became a chief proponent of black separatism during the Civil Rights Movement in the 1960s, died yesterday (Jan 9.) after a long illness. He was 79.
