The Eighth Annual “Hamptons Restaurant Week ” kicks off Mar. 21 and participating restaurants will offer unique three-course prix fixe menus all night and on Saturday until 7 p.m. The regional promotion is open to restaurants, wineries, llodging properties and spas located throughout Long Island’s East End.
