La Superica has been described as a funky little Mexican restaurant in a killer location in Sag Harbor, right off the North Haven bridge. It’s kitschy decor reflects its good-time casual atmosphere, down to the plastic palm trees.

In the spring of 2001, co-owners Jason Weiner and Eric Lemonides opened Almond Restaurant in Bridgehampton offering reasonable prices, bold bistro fare, friendly service and an attractive dining room reminiscent of a Parisian bistro. “Almond has brought the French bistro to the Hamptons,” says Joanne Starkey of The New York Times. The Clam Bar in Amagansett is a classic Hamptons seaside snack bar. The “catch of the day” is the order of the day. The restaurant strives to offer the freshest seafood on the South fork, served up with the ocean as a backdrop. Owner Dick Ehrlich, (who also owns The Seafood Barge on Long Island’s North Fork), has relied on the same fleet of local fishermen for more than 20 years.
