Blue Sky Mediterranean Lounge in Sag Harbor will open in May at the former site of Spinnakers. Executive Chef and Managing Partner Giuseppe “Beppe” Desiderio teams up with owner Jerry Wawryk to serve reasonably priced Mediterranean cuisine. The light and airy restaurant features French windows, bright-whitewashed walls with blue accents and banquettes, skylights, an indoor patio and rotating art exhibits.
