The Clam Bar, Where Catch of the Day Rules

The Clam Bar in Amagansett is a classic Hamptons seaside snack bar. The “catch of the day” is the order of the day. The restaurant strives to offer the freshest seafood on the South fork, served up with the ocean as a backdrop. Owner Dick Ehrlich, (who also owns The Seafood Barge on Long Island’s North Fork), has relied on the same fleet of local fishermen for more than 20 years.
