Tom Brady Wife Gisele Bundchen Sexy New Season for Esprit
Brazilian Supermodel Ready for Big Game in Esprit
The Brazilian supermodel raised eyebrows earlier this year when she defended her husband, following his team’s 21-17 Super Bowl loss to quarterback Eli Manning and The New York Giants.
As she left the stadium fans taunted the supermodel, yelling “Eli rules!” and “Eli owns your husband.” Bundchen turned to a friend in a scene that was caught on national television.
“You have to catch the ball when you’re supposed to catch the ball,” she bellowed in her Portugese accent. “My husband cannot f–king throw the ball and catch the ball at the same time. I can’t believe they dropped the ball so many times.”
Indeed, Brady was plagued by dropped passes all night, but in the spirit of the game, players publicly never criticize other players because games are considered team efforts. Gisele drew hoots for her comments, but praise for sticking by her man.
She brings the same steely attitude to British photographer David Sims’ shoot for the fashion brand. Gisele poses in a studio in casualwear, including knits, plaids and leather. Camille Bidault Waddington handled styling.
The NFL season got into full swing on Sunday (Sept 9), and the Patriots thumped the Tennessee Titans 34-13, propelled by the Brady-led offense.
Gisele’s is pregnant with her second child with the football star. She gave birth to his son, Benjamin in 2009, and is also stepmother to Tom’s eldest son, Jack Moynahan.
