Anna Kendrick scored her breakthrough role in George Clooney’s 2009 film up in the air. Since then, she’s become a fixture in young Hollywood and is beginning to make her mark in fashion as well.
She appears in a new spread for October issue of the Russian edition of InStyle magazine.
The 27-year-old Portland, Ore., native’s roots are in theater. She appeared in the Broadway musical High Society as Dinah when she was 12 years old,
She wowed critics and was nominated for a Theatre World Award, Drama Desk Award, and Tony Award. She’s the third youngest actress to ever land a Tony nomination.
Anna Kendrick’s Sexy Classic Style
She made her film debut in 2003′s musical comedy “Camp,” about an upstate New York performing arts summer camp.
Kendrick also scored a bit part in the “Twilight” franchise as Jessica Stanley, Bella Swan’s best friend in high school and introduces her to the Cullens. She appears in three of the Twilight films.
Last year she starred in the dramatic comedy “50/50,” with Joseph Gordon Levitt, another Twilight veteran, Bryce Dallas Howard and Seth Rogen.
Her latest films include 2012 comedy “What To Expect When You’re Expecting.” She returns to musical comedy, starring in “Pitch Perfect” directed by Jason Moore and starring Brittany Snow, Anna Camp and Rebel Wilson.
