Rashida Jones, who stars in the hit comedy “Parks and Recreation,” gets hot and bothered in sexy lingerie in Flaunt magazine’s latest issue. Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian were her classmates, but similarities end there.
Jones, 36, grew up in Hollywood, the daughter of actress Peggy Lipton and songwriter Quincy Jones. She scored a major breakthrough role in the 2010 film “The Social Network,” about the founding of Facebook.
She played Marylin Delpy, a junior lawyer on Mark Zuckerberg’s (Jesse Eisenberg) legal team who breaks the news that he must settle a lawsuit with an ex-business partner because he’s basically an a*shole.

She was nominated with the cast for the Broadcast Film Critics Association Award for Best Acting Ensemble.
Jones probably felt right at home in the role. She describes herself as “straight-up nerd,” She was a member of the National Honor Society, voted “Most Likely To Succeed” by her classmates at The Buckley School, and graduated from Harvard.
She tells the magazine that Albert Einstein would be one of her ultimate dinner guests “just because of the facial hair.”
“I just started working with the International Rescue Committee, which Einstein founded with his friends. He had such a complicated relationship with something he was so good at and had a huge moral dilemma. I’d just love to have known what it was like to be him and to have to make those decisions,” she says.
Her television work is even more extensive. She’s appeared on such shows as “Boston Public,” and “The Office,” but her role on “Parks and Recreation,” is her biggest yet. She plays Anne Perkins nurse and the best friend of Leslie Knope, played by Amy Poehler.
In her latest project she appeared in the lead role in comedy “Celeste and Jesse,” with Andy Samberg, Elijah Woods and Emma Stone. She is credited as one of the co-screenwriters.
She’s also devoting herself this year to presidential politics. “I feel like there is this weird thing where celebrity involvement in political campaigns kind of goes together like peanut butter and chocolate.
Sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s bad. I wouldn’t overexpose myself in the name of the President, I just want to do what I can to help,” she says.
