Dakota Fanning plays a schoolhouse Lolita in a new photo spread in French magazine Jalouse.

Dakota Fanning is portrayed as an alluring Schoolhouse Lolita in French fashion magazine Jalouse. She just turned 20 this weekend, but, ah, the French; they’re obsessed with under-age sexuality. Oui?

The magazine last photographed Fanning in 2009, when she really was under-age at 15. The magazine made no qualms about it.

The headline for her cover photo was aptly “Underage.” She posed with her hands on her hips wearing black lace stockings. Ooo La La.

Her return to the magazine features her in school girl dress, sitting at a school desk.

Despite the suggestiveness of the theme, she’s fairly modestly clothed. She flashes her legs up to her thighs and provides a tiny peek at her midriff.

She wears fashions by Chanel and Calzedonia.

Fanning, who said good-bye to her teenage years yesterday (Feb. 23), was spotted over the weekend in New York City with her much older boyfriend Jamie Strachan, a 32-year-old British model.

“I have a weird vision of relationships because my parents have known each other since second grade, and they got married right out of college,” she told Glamour magazine last year.

“I’ve always thought that’s what it’s supposed to be like, and if it’s not, then I don’t want to waste my time on it.”

Fanning, who had four films released in 2013, last starred in “Effie Gray.” The film about Victorian art critic John Ruskin’s marriage to 19-year-old Effie, who becomes involved in a love affair with artist John Everett Millais. Her marriage ends in a scandalous divorce.

The British biographical film directed by Richard Laxton, is set for release in May.

She also has two other films in post-production, “Every Secret Thing,” a crime drama shot in New York City last year and “Franny,” a film with Richard Gere.
