Clarissa Serna sent chairs spinning on last night’s ‘The Voice.’

Clarissa Serna belted out a pitch-perfect cover of The Cranberries’ “Zombie,” and one-by-one seduced all four judges on last night’s “The Voice” scoring a four-chair turn-around and heated competition for her affections.

The 27-year-old Texas native was heavily wooed by Adam Levine, Shakira, Usher and Blake Shelton.

But Shakira’s analogy about strategy verses tactics, drawing on antiquities’ Alexander the Great and Hannibal, seemed to win her over.

“In history, tactics never won a war; only strategy wins a war,” she said.

So went week two of blind auditions Monday (Mar. 3). But Clarissa wasn’t the only singer to raise eyebrows.

Sisaundra Lewis, 44, a former vocal director for Celine Dion, may be a little late to the game, but the singer, songwriter and producer from Orlando, Fla., easily won over the coaches. And, why not? She’s already a professional.

She even had a No. 1 song, “Shout,” on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart. She spun all four chairs with her performance of Carolyn Franklin’s song “Ain’t No Way.” In the end, she went with Blake.

Ryan Whyte Maloney, 33, wowed the coaches with his vocal range and sparked another heated competition among the judges. Maloney, who hails from Las Vegas, decided to go with Team Blake. The ever-so-humble country singer showed his appreciation with a moon walk!

Sam Behymer, another Texas native, wooed judges with a cover of Lords’ “Royals,” and he got the royal treatment from Adam and Usher. Behymer chose Team Adam.

Usher finally recruited a contestant and got a two-for-one deal. He pushed the button on identical twins, Cody and Clint Walker, 26, from Missouri. Calling themselves “Brothers Walker,” they said a well-harmonized “Keep Me In Mind” by the Zac Brown band.

It was a last-minute save on Usher’s part. He even used his toes to tap the button. Nothing like a little drama to kick off week two.
