Nicole Trunfio, the Australian model and budding actress, was an attention getter last night at the Weinstein Company’s premiere of “Yves Saint Laurent” at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City.

Trunfio, 28, who has modeled for such brands as Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana and Versace, wore an edgy leather halter-top with low-riding black leather pants.

The top, basically a trapezoidal piece of leather covering her breasts (barely), looked like it could have come from the wardrobe department of “One Million Years, B.C.”

It was held in place by spaghetti straps that tied around her neck and back, exposing a hint of side-boob.

Not that she had any trouble pulling it off.

Nicole is a lean five-feet, 10-inches tall and looked fit and toned in the ensemble.

But she may not have gotten the memo on dress at the event, hosted by Yves Saint Laurent Couture Palette and The Cinema Society .

Her outfit was racier by yards than other outfits worn by models or starlets at the event. Even Scout Willis, who paraded on a New York City street topless, was more modestly dressed.

Nicole, who has an exotic dark look, has been studying in New York City with Susan Batson, Harold Guskin and the Stella Adler Studio.

She’s already landed a part in the Australian movie “Two Fists, One Heart.” She plays, what else, a temptress.
