Bella Thorne, the 16-going-on-25 Disney teen starlet, showed off endless legs in a super-short skirt and flashed a sexy shoulder in a ripped tee at the “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” premiere in Hollywood today (Aug. 3).

She made Hollywood sex kitten Megan Fox, 28, look almost matronly–and Fox was wearing a strapless mini-dress!

Thorne, who often treads the line on teenage over-sexualization, looked beyond luscious; she’s a walking felony.

Her sandy red hair was tousled and flowed loosely over her shoulders. Her legs looked endless hiked up on Gucci high-heel sandals.

Her skirt with zippered pockets was black leather from the racks at H&M. Her ripped tee-shirt, emblazoned with a Ninja Turtle design, exposed her shoulder and part of her chest.

Oddly, Thorne isn’t even in the science-fiction action film. But she stole the red carpet with her appearance.

The reboot of the Turtles film series is produced by Nickelodeon Movies and distributed by Paramount Pictures.

Bella is best known for her role in the short-lived NBC series “My Own Worst Enemy.” She also appeared for three years (2010-2013) in the Disney Channel original series “Shake It Up.”

She made a major transition to feature films this year with an appearance in romantic comedy “Blended,” starring Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore.

Bella was part of an ensemble cast that included Emma Fuhrmann, Terry Crews, Joel McHale, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Kevin Nealon and former NBA great Shaquille O’Neal.

Get ready to see a lot more of the singer, dancer and actress. She’s set to appear in five upcoming films, all in post-production. Just try to remember, she’s only 16.
