Iggy Azalea may be the reluctant star of her own sex tape yet. The ex-boyfriend who is peddling it claims she signed an agreement giving him exclusive rights to recordings “embodying visual images.”

The Australian rapper, 24, who scored a major breakout this summer with her hit song “Fancy,” is fighting release of the tape.

So far, she’s tried every strategy in the book to keep it under wraps.

First she claimed it wasn’t her. Then she said it probably was her, but claimed she was underage when the tape was made.

In the latest development, the rapper said she never signed off on allowing the tape to go public. She’s threatened to sue anyone who shows it.

Vivid Entertainment, which published both Kim Kardashian’s and Paris Hilton’s sex tape, wants to buy Iggy’s video, promising a seven figure payday.

Now that may happen because ex-boyfriend, Jefe Wine, aka Hefe Wine, a Houston rapper, says Iggy signed a legal agreement with him in 2009.

It purportedly gives him the exclusive right to “manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise “any” recording embodying visual images,” according to TMZ.

That sounds like he had the sex tape in mind, although it could be interpreted to mean music videos.

But who knew Iggy would become famous? If the date is right she would have been 19 at the time.

So far, a legal standoff continues, but Iggy suddenly seems to be on far shakier ground.
