Elton John returned to the Staples Center in Los Angeles last night (Oct. 4) as part of his “All the Hits Tour,” and played to a celebrity studded full house for more than two hours.

He’s also scheduled to perform tonight (Oct. 5).

The concert was his first in Los Angeles in 13 years and a rare opportunity to hear him play some of his greatest hits.

The set list included 24 songs, including the encore, and featured songs like “Bennie and the Jets,” “Candle in the Wind” and others from his Goodbye Yellow Brick Road album.

John has a special affinity for Los Angeles.

The British performer established himself in the United States by playing his early performances at the famed Troubadour in West Hollywood, according to The Los Angeles Times.

Last night, John played the piano and was backed by a full band at the show.

Spotted in the crowd were reality TV celebrity and former Olympic champion Bruce Jenner accompanied by son Brandon, 33, and his wife Leah.

Bruce was accompanied by a Kris Jenner look-a-like who was much younger than his soon-to-be ex-wife.

Also spotted in the crowd was Real Housewives star Adrienne Maloof, 52 and boy toy, Jacob Busch, 25, according to London’s Daily Mail. Actor Tim Allen and wife Jane Hajduk also made the scene.
