Bill Cosby couldn’t have acted alone in his string of alleged serial rapes and now one of his enablers, former NBC worker Frank Scotti has come forward to talk about how he was a handler for the comedian’s sex partners.

Scotti, who is now 90, said Cosby used him as a conduit to pay-off women that he had liaisons with and “routinely” escorted women to his dressing room.

“I just felt, you know, he’s not the person I thought he was,” Scotti told correspondent Kate Snow. “I felt like a pimp. Every time he had somebody I had to watch, I had the girl stay there. I felt dirty.”

Scotti is the first person outside of a string of women to corroborate allegations that Cosby had numerous sexcapades and paid off women for their silence.

The former NBC Entertainment employee said Cosby would often bring him bags of $100 bills that he would exchange for money orders in his name. Then, he would send the money to women at Cosby’s direction. Some received as much as $2,000 a month.

He said he felt compelled to speak out because of the heated denials by Cosby’s lawyers. He initially told his story to The New York Daily News.

In all, he said he paid thousands of dollars to eight women between 1989 and 1990.
