Cosby, 77, has been accused of similar actions by more than two-dozen women in the past two months, but the comedian has denied all wrongdoing.
Goins, who is now 24, told London’s Daily Mail this morning that her attack occurred six years ago, which means it still falls within the statute of limitations for felony assault.
Proving her case may be another matter, but her lawyer, Spencer Kuvin, who represented four victims of billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, said he will press the case. If convicted, Cosby could face up to four years in jail and a $10,000 fine.
Goins, who now works as a Las Vegas lap dancer and model, said she decided to speak out after watching Cosby’s accusers go public. She is the only alleged victim so far whose incident is still within the reach of the law.
Goins told the London tabloid she went to the Playboy mansion party with a girlfriend and immediately attracted Cosby’s attention. In a pattern that other women have described, Goins said her incident began after Cosby offered her a drink.
After downing it, she said she became light-headed and felt sick. Cosby offered to show her a bedroom where she could rest, she said.
The next thing she remembered is waking naked while Cosby, also partially unclothed, licked her toes and masturbated. Here’s what else she recalled:
“I remember waking up and feeling moist all over, like he had been licking all over me. He wasn’t on my breasts when I woke, but I could feel, you know, the saliva on them and that he’d been licking on me. I felt embarrassed, it was a gross, icky feeling, I felt very violated and humiliated. I was scared, I was just 18 and he was an old man; I was not very sexually experienced and I didn’t really know what had happened, it was violating.”
Caught in the act, Cosby jumped up, pulled up his pants and left the room without acknowledging her, she said.
