Taylor Swift dropped in on Jimmy Fallon on the “Tonight Show” last night (Feb. 17), and they took a walk down memory lane, recalling all the times they were featured dancing on sports arena Jumbotrons around New York City. Who knew?

They just happened to have clips, of course!

Most sports arenas spot people in the crowd during down times in the game. Some have “kiss cams” others have “dance cams.” If you draw enough attention, the arena shows you on their big screen.

Well, as it turns out Taylor and Jimmy are real sports fans and hella good dancers. In fact, it used to be “their thing,” according to Jimmy.

“I gotta tell ya, I’m kind of a little upset,” he said launching the bit. “I’m a little upset, every time i see you dancing at events, because for awhile that was our thing.”

Taylor jumped right in. “Yeah, that was a long time ago, but you know we really used to go all out,” she replied. “I’m sorry I forgot about that really being our exclusive thing.”

It just so happens Jimmy contacted a lot of the arenas around the city and they just happened to have Jumboton footage from their fan dance cams. And, they’re in a lot of it, Jimmy noted.

The footage shows them jumping up in an explosion of popcorn as soon as they notice themselves on camera. They break out into synchronized dances at Knicks and Nets basketball games and Islanders and Rangers hockey games.

The bit ends with quite a splash.
