The ad, which is going viral on the Internet, is drawing criticism on social media.
The fashion duo were called on the carpet by fashion publicist Kelly Cutrone.
“I guess simulating gangbangs are fine — but IVF and same-sex marriage are not — life according to @dolcegabbana,” she Tweeted.
Cutrone, who promoted the show, “America’s Next Top Model,” was referring to Dolce’s and Gabbana’s nasty social media feud with Sir Elton John.

That brouhaha was started when Dolce said in an interview with an Italian magazine that John’s two children were “synthetic,” because they were born through artificial insemination of a surrogate.
“You are born and you have a father and a mother. Or at least it should be like this, that’s why I am not convinced by chemical children, synthetic babies, wombs for rent,” Dolce told the Italian magazine Panorama.
“How dare you refer to my beautiful children as ‘synthetic,'” he wrote.
“And shame on you for wagging your judgmental little fingers at IVF … Your archaic thinking is out of step with the times, just like your fashions. I shall never wear Dolce and Gabbana ever again. #BoycottDolceGabbana,” he added.
A number of celebrities jumped on the bandwagon in support of the iconic English singer.
In the photo, a shirtless man pins a dolled up model to the ground by her arms and stares at her menacingly wearing sun glasses. Another shirtless man and two other men wearing shirts stand by as if they are waiting for their turn.
She’s arching her back wearing a body suit and has a distant look on her face, as if she’s trying to disassociate herself from the scene.
“These guys are destructive,” Cutrone told The New York Post’s Page Six. “I literally was in shock. I thought, ‘Holy fu*k, these guys are crazy. These guys are against IVF, but they are for gang bangs.'”
So far no word in response from either designer, who have been in a two decade gay relationship together.
