Miley Cyrus takes a roll in the mud, naked of course, with her pet pig Bubba Sue for the cover off Paper magazine’s music issue. One one question: What is she doing to that pig to get that look on its face?

Miley has no qualms about being naked.

She was doing this show, she tells the magazine, “wearing butterfly nipple pasties and butterfly wings.”

“I’m standing there with my tits out, dressed like a butterfly. How the fuck is that fair? How am I so lucky?” she tells the magazine.

Indeed, Miley, 22, has led a charmed life, largely of her own making. But now she’s about to move onto the next phase of her career, championing social causes like her Happy Hippie Foundation.

She launched the nonprofit organization earlier this year to help homeless and LGBT kids. Now that’s something to strip off about. And, Miley does, any chance she gets.

For the cover photo, by photographer Paola Kudacki, Miley poses naked and smeared with mud. She has her arms wrapped around Bubba Sue and must be doing something funky to get that look on the pig’s face.

The photo is a play on another controversial Paper magazine cover last November, featuring Kim Kardashian flashing her ample derriere.

It ran with the headline “Break the Internet Kim.” Miley’s cover includes the line “Miley Cyrus use your voice.”

The magazine also features interviews with Al Gore and Pharrell Williams about Live Earth 2015 and why “Happy” is a revolutionary song.

Also featured are UK singer Charli XCX, Troye Sivan and Aussie singer Cody Simpson. Three out-and-proud gay country stars talk about living authentically in their famously conservative music genre.

French pop singer Petite Meller is celebrated along with nine living legends — from Quincy Jones to Joan Jett.

Creative Director Diane Martel, who directed Cyrus’ “We Can’t Stop” video, styled the shoot, according to the magazine.
