Bill Cosby’s stonewall against allegations he drugged and sexually abused women continues to crumble. In the latest setback, California’s highest court rejected request to throw out a case brought by a 15-year-old girl he alleged assaulted at the Playboy Mansion more than 40 years ago.

Judy Huth, who is now in her 50s, filed the lawsuit. she’s represented by Beverly Hills celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred.

Bill Cosby Facing Endgame as New Sex Assault Evidence Mounts

More than 40 women have revealed similar tales about being drugged by Cosby and sexually abused after they became unconscious.

Cosby, through his own lawyer, has steadfastly denied the charges. The comedian has personally refused to answer any questions. But now all that may change.

Allred said after the court victory that Cosby must answer questions as part of pre-trial testimony. The legal deposition could take place in the next 30 days, she said.

Bill Cosby Exhibits the Deepest Case of Denial in History (watch!)

As IM reported earlier this month (July 9), Cosby is facing an endgame in his dogged bid to deny away the charges, which span almost all of his five decade career in show business.

The first shoe dropped after a federal judge in Philadelphia unsealed excerpts of another deposition Cosby gave in a 2005 lawsuit involving former Temple University employee, Andrea Constand.

Cosby’s admitted under oath that he had obtained Quaaludes, a powerful sedative, so he could give them to young women before having sex with them.

The case, however, never went to trial. Cosby settled with Constand in 2006 by paying her an undisclosed amount in a settlement that included a confidentiality agreement.

But The New York Times obtained the full deposition from a “source” and published even more damning statements the comedian gave under oath.

Huth says she was 15 in 1974 when she and a 16-year-old friend met Cosby on a Los Angeles movie set, according to the suit.

Even though Cosby knew how old they were, he invited them to a tennis club a week later and provided them with alcoholic beverages, according to court papers obtained by Entertainment Weekly.

After the girls consumed “multiple” drinks,” Cosby allegedly invited them to the Playboy Mansion. While there, Cosby “proceeded to sexually molest her.

She claims Cosby attempted to put his hand down her pants, then took “her hand in his hand and performed a sex act on himself without her consent,” court papers state.

Bill Cosby Hit by New Lawsuit Over Alleged Sexual Assault of 15-Year-Old

Prosecutors declined last year to charge Cosby criminally based on Huth’s allegations, because of California’s statute of limitations. Cosby has never been charged in any of the incidents.

But Allred was able to file the civil suit under a California law that allows plaintiffs to bring cases involving sex abuse, if the victim suppresses the incident and recalls it later, even if years have passed.

Cosby’s lawyers attacked the case on those grounds, claiming Huth failed to have her claims certified by a mental health professional. They also argued that Huth first tried to “extort” money from the comedian.

But a trial court judge ruled against Cosby, and an intermediate appeals court refused to hear an appeal, a move the state Supreme Court followed today.

“We are looking forward to Mr. Cosby answering questions under oath at his deposition,” Allred said afterward. “It’s a very big victory.”
