Topping the list at No. 1 Samantha Cameron, 44, the wife of Britain’s Prime Minister David Cameron.
Other celebs may be more polished, more sophisticated or even sexier, but Swift has gone through the biggest transition of any to achieve her fashion status.

She performed last year on the runway at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, and easily held her own. She could have donned a costume and blended in with supermodels like Karlie Kloss, Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima.
Of course, it helps that she has supermodel proportions.
Swift is an imposing 5-feet, 10-inches tall with a wispy model’s build and legs that reach to the heavens. Plus she’s got a beautifully proportioned face.
She began her makeover a few years ago when she transitioned from country music to mainstream pop, which began with her album Red. He fifth studio album, 1989 completed the move.
She’s avoided the tarty look of songstresses like Lady Gaga and Rihanna, for a more elegant, refined style. Last year she bought an apartment in New York City and runs around with a posse of superstar models.
The magazine said Swift possessed “prep power.” Right, we don’t get that either. She was included in the “Women” category along with ballerina Misty Copeland, international lawyer and George Clooney wife Amal Clooney and Rihanna.
There were enough categories to include just about all the A-List names. Emma Stone, Sienna Miller, Emma Watson and Charlize Theron filled out the Hollywood section.
Matt Bomer and husband Simon Halls landed on the “Couples” list along with Benedict Cumberbatch and wife Sophie Hunter.
With all the categories, it kind of killed the sense of exclusivity, but hey, they’re out to sell magazines.
Swift, however, deserves the recognition. Check out her photos, let us know your thoughts and be sure to follow IM on Twitter for the latest fashion news.
