Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson starred in a Zoolander, a zany take-off on the fashion industry, 15 years ago. Now they’re back in a new trailer for “Zoolander 2.” It catches up with the aging catwalkers for a new adventure with the fetching Penelope Cruz.

Justin Bieber is featured in a cameo. He gets killed! Hold the cheers, please.

The first movie in 2001 was an unexpected hit, grossing more than $60 million worldwide against a $28 million production budget.

This time around the formula is basically the same, except Derek and Hansel are allies. Benedict Cumberbatch almost steals the clip as a creepy androgynous model.

In the trailer, Derek and Hansel are washed-up models, looking for a comeback. They sign on for a big fashion show only to find out their being mocked as “old” and “lame.”

Somewhere along the way they encounter Cruz, who is an INTERPOL agent. “She’s hot, I trust her,” says Hansel.

She sends them on a new secret mission. It seems someone is killing the most beautiful people in the world, and she recruits Derek to find out who.

You guessed it, Jacobim (Will Ferrell) is back as well.

Stiller first started talking about a sequel back in 2009. It took six years to get it together. After reviewing numerous scripts he sat down with Justin Theroux and penned the new movie. The movie was filmed in April.

You may recall, Stiller’s character Derek Zoolander was a top model thanks to his searing gaze he called “Blue Steel.” But he was aced out of the Male Model of the Year by Wilson’s Hansel McDonald. They become fierce competitors.

In a subplot, Zoolander gets caught up in international intrigue at the hands of fashion designer Jacobim Mugatu (Will Ferrell). He brainwashes Derek to kill MMalaysia’s prime minister.

The film scored a 68 rating on rottentomatoes, which tracks reviews. Most critics got it.

In the words of one the film was a fun glossy, throwaway. Cameos by top celebrities, who parodied themselves, kept it interesting.
