Only two years ago, The Council on Ethical and Judicial Affairs, an arm of the American Medical Association, said using genetic selection for anything other preventing or curing specific diseases, is unethical.
IM reported in June that Kim raised suspicions herself when she announced that she was having a boy.
The reality television personality confirmed, June 3, that her due-date was in December. That means she likely got pregnant in April, leading to some very fuzzy baby math.
If she got pregnant in April, the most she could have been along is 12 weeks at most and eight weeks at the least.
According to medical references, it’s only possible to tell the sex of the fetus at around 18 to 20 weeks.
Many doctors, however, prefer to wait until 30 weeks before determining sex. So how did Kim know, unless she underwent a controversial procedure to engineer the sex of the embryo?
What really throws the math off is Kim’s statement that they actually knew baby No. 2’s gender “for a while now.” That definitely would be impossible, unless Kim underwent IVF treatments and was impregnated with a designer baby.
She’s denied designing the baby.
Be that as it may, the reality star gave birth, today. She made the announcement on her Web site.
“Kanye And I Welcome Our Baby Boy. Kim Kardashian West and her husband, Kanye West, welcomed the arrival of their son this morning. Mother and son are doing well.”
The child reportedly arrived a few weeks early, Kardashian had previously stated she wasn’t due until around Christmas, according to reports. If true, that makes it even more likely she used the controversial medical procedure to engineer her embryo.
Kardashian and West also have a daughter, North West. She was born in 2013.
