Alessandra Ambrosio’s hot naked body is at the center of a nasty legal spat between Maxim magazine owner Sardar Biglari and former fashion director Wayne Gross. At issue, whether Biglari leered at the Brazilian model during a nude photo shoot for its upcoming issue.

Ambrosio, a stunning Victoria’s Secret Angel, is Maxim’s December-January cover girl.

She was photographed for the issue in Monte Carlo. Biglari was present for the July shoot and was even photographed with her. The posed together on a balcony at the world famous Hotel de Paris.

Afterward, a story appeared in The New York Post reporting that the 34-year-old model was “creeped out” during the session because Biglari allegedly kept staring at her when she was nude.

Biglari, apparently was incensed at the report. Although it only cited an anonymous “insider,” the mogul sued Gross for defamation in Manhattan Supreme Court.

He apparently fingered Gross as the source because he was the only other person there aside from photographer Gilles Bensimon.

The article said Biglari allegedly coaxed Ambrosio into taking the balcony photo and promised it would not run in the magazine.

The photo, however, appears in the issue. Biglari, wearing a white suit and smoking a cigar isn’t identified. It’s emblazoned with the headline “A View to Kill.”

Biglari alleges he was “only at the photo shoot for a limited time.” Bensimon wanted the balcony photo, the suit claims, citing a July email that confirmed Bensimon wanted the shot.

Gross said in the email the hotel photos were “super cheesy,” and wanted to “kill the suite stuff.” Instead he favored shots of Ambrosio on a boat.

The Post, meanwhile, apparently caved to Biglari’s demands and removed references to him being “creepy.” The pub even toned down the headline, according to court papers.

Ambrosio’s rep declined to comment on the photo with Biglari, according to Courthouse News Service. Neither the Post nor Ambrosio are parties to the action

The Post story ran on Dec. 2.

Gross worked at the magazine for 10 months but left in September. He’s described in court papers as a “disgruntled former employee.”

Biglari, through his company, Biglari Holdings, bought the struggling magazine last year in a fire sale for $12 million.

For the record, Bensimon is backing Biglari. In a statement released by the magazine, he said Biglari did not interfere with the shoot. He called Alessandra a “dream to work with.”

The accompanying article says, “In a world where money talks, she is slyly eloquent. Alessandra is the world’s sexiest businesswoman.”

Some money definitely seems to be taking here.
