Bill Cosby used a modeling agency to funnel half a dozen teen girls to him weekly and gave drugs to at least one of them, who was young as 17, so they could have sex, according to shocking new revelations in sworn testimony. More than 50 women have accused him of assault.

Cosby made the admissions in pre-trial depositions in a 2005 sex assault civil suit filed by Andrea Constand.

But Montgomery County (Pa) prosecutor Kevin Steele reopened the criminal investigation last year and charged Cosby with one count of aggravated indecent assault, a felony with a maximum penalty of 10 years in jail.

Cosby is due to appear tomorrow for a preliminary hearing to consider arguments in the case. His lawyers contend that Cosby was promised he would not be prosecuted when he settled the Constand case.

A judge, last year, released portions of the depositions. Cosby admitted under questioning that he gave women drugs so he could have sex with them. The latest admissions are from the same legal documents.
