Jessica Alba showcased her fit bikini body while vacationing in Lahaina, Hawaii with her husband Cash Warren and their two daughters Honor and Haven.

At 35, Jessica has aged beautifully, thanks to an organic diet, exercise, and a healthy lifestyle.

Alba maintains her sizzling bikini body with a Paleo-style diet, cardio exercise, hot yoga, and CrossFit workouts, Celebrity Health Fitness reported.

Alba’s diet is a low carb Paleo-based plan that features healthy fats, high-quality proteins and low-starch organic vegetables and fruits.

The Paleo diet limits processed foods, emphasizes non-starchy vegetables and high-quality proteins like wild salmon, grass-fed beef and pastured eggs, as TheImproper has reported.

For exercise, Alba does yoga, CrossFit, runs on the treadmill, lifts weights, and takes spinning classes.

CrossFit, a strength and conditioning program that combines weightlifting, sprinting and body-weight exercise, has soared, buoyed by the escalating popularity of the Paleo diet (most Paleos do CrossFit and vice-versa).

Jessica Alba previously trained with CrossFit coach Yumi Lee. Lee is married to CrossFit athlete Ron Mathews, who trains Joe Manganiello.

Manganiello has credited a Paleo-style diet and CrossFit for his rippling physique. Joe shared his diet secrets and workout routine in his book, Evolution.

Similarly, country superstar Tim McGraw lost 40 pounds with CrossFit and the Paleo diet. McGraw now has a rippling 8-pack at age 48.

Other celebrities who follow the Paleo diet include Jessica Biel and Blake Lively. Both credited a Paleo-inspired diet for their rapid post-baby weight loss and stunning beauty.

Weight loss expert Esther Blum, author of Cavewomen Don’t Get Fat, said Paleo doesn’t emphasize calorie restriction and provides a healthy balance of protein, vegetables and high-quality fats that help women manage hormone fluctuations.

Clinical trials show the Paleo diet aids weight loss, prevents heart disease, lowers blood pressure, and reduces acne, said Loren Cordain, author of Real Paleo Fast and Easy and The Real Paleo Diet Cookbook.
