Jennifer Lopez celebrated her 47th birthday in Las Vegas with a star-studded party that included Kim Kardashian and Taylor Swift’s ex, Calvin Harris.
Lopez performed at Caesar’s Palace to a sold-out audience before partying the night away in a nearly nude jumpsuit that accentuated her gorgeous body.
In attendance at JLo’s birthday bash were boyfriend Casper Smart, Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, rapper French Montana, actress Eva Longoria and TV host Maria Menounos.
Judging by her super-fit physique and youthful face, it’s hard to believe Jennifer is a 47-year-old mom of two.
Lopez recently lost 10 pounds with a vegan diet and looks better than ever.
Lopez’s anti-aging bikini fitness and beauty secrets are a mostly vegan diet and fat-blasting Tracy Anderson workouts, Celebrity Health Fitness reported.
“Jennifer does the Tracy Anderson Method, which includes muscular structure work and between nine and 13 different exercises,” said Anderson.
Anderson’s workouts with JLo combine high-intensity cardio dance exercise with strength-training using body weight and high repetitions done with small weights (no more than 3 pounds).
Tracy, who also trains Gwyneth Paltrow, revealed her weight loss secrets in her book, Tracy Anderson’s 30-Day Method.
Jennifer Lopez is no longer 100 percent vegan, but sticks to a mostly vegan diet because she feels so much better on a plant-based diet, as TheImproper has reported.
“Even if you’re 70 to 80 percent vegan, it’s so much better having those vegetables,” said Jennifer. “It’s going to change your life and health.”
Jennifer’s foray into veganism was inspired by her nutritionist, Marco Borges, the longtime trainer to superstar Beyonce.
Borges, author of The 22-Day Revolution, helped Beyonce lose 65 pounds just six months after she gave birth in 2012.
The 5-foot-7 Beyonce, who weighed 195 pounds while pregnant, lost 65 pounds using Marcos’ vegan diet.
