Pregnant Candice Swanepoel looked gorgeous as she showed off her growing baby bump on Instagram.

Swanepoel, who’s due to give birth soon, looks as radiant and healthy as ever, thanks to diet and exercise.

Candice, a Victoria’s Secret Angel, maintains her supermodel body during pregnancy with a low-carb organic diet diet and daily workouts, Celebrity Health Fitness reported.

For exercise, Swanepoel does yoga, Pilates, and lifts light weights. When she’s not pregnant, the 5-foot-10 blonde beauty is a huge fan of boxing workouts.

“I do a lot of yoga, boxing when I have energy, Pilates on the reformer and lots of resistance training,” said Swanepoel.

“I love yoga for the spiritual and physical sides. I meditate through yoga.”

Exercising during pregnancy prevents excessive weight gain, accelerates post-baby weight loss, and eases childbirth, said Brandi Dion, author of The Pregnant Athlete.
