Khloe Kardashian worked out in beast mode amid rumors she has gotten too skinny and may be borderline anorexic following her recent 40-pound weight loss.
Khloe posted several Snapchat videos of herself doing calisthenics in black fitness apparel that spotlighted her slimmed-down body.
Kardashian, who worked hard to achieve her 40-pound weight loss, recently hit back at haters who accused her of suffering from anorexia and being too skinny, as TheImproper has reported.
The 5-foot-10 Khloe, who was once teased for being too fat and was called “Sasquatch” and “Big Foot,” said she gets criticized when she gains weight and also when she loses weight.
“First I’m too fat and now I’m too skinny,” Kardashian tweeted.
“Never would I have ever thought I would be in the media for being ‘too skinny.’”
Khloe, who had poor body image and low self-esteem growing up surrounded by her beautiful, petite sisters Kourtney and Kim Kardashian, is proud of her 40-pound weight loss.
Khloe’s weight loss secrets are a dairy-free diet, cardio exercise, waist training, calisthenics and weightlifting, Celebrity Health Fitness reported.
Kardashian said exercise helped her cope with the stress she felt during her troubled marriage to former NBA star Lamar Odom.
Khloe is now addicted to the endorphin rush she gets from exercise, and said the weight loss was just an added bonus.
“The gym takes all the anxiety away when I’m overwhelmed or stressed out,” said Kardashian. “If I don’t have time to go to a class, I use the treadmill I have at home.
“It clears my mind of all the crap and puts me in a really good mood.”
