Lady Gaga dropped Perfect Illusion, the first single off her new album while simultaneously showcasing her hot yoga-toned body and dramatic weight loss.

Gaga was spotted in London Sept. 9 looking ripped in cut-off Daisy Duke shorts and a tiny crop top that spotlighted some serious underboob.

Lady Gaga told fans on Twitter that she’s excited to release “Perfect Illusion,” the first single off her fifth album, “Joanne,” which comes out Oct. 21.

“Joanne” is the name of Gaga’s father’s sister, who died at a young age from lupus.

Gaga later credited Tony Bennett for “saving her life” after battling severe depression following a series of nasty fights with her managers and assistants over her work schedule and money.

Lady Gaga, who recently split from fiance Taylor Kinney, said the two remain great friends and suggested they may get back together someday.

For now, Gaga is moving forward full-speed as she works on new music for her upcoming fifth album.

Lady Gaga also looks better than ever after her impressive summer weight loss.

Gaga’s fitness secrets are yoga workouts and a low-glycemic diet, Celebrity Health Fitness reported.

Lady Gaga has practiced hot (or Bikram) yoga for years, and exercises even when she’s drunk.

“I’ve got to work out every day, and I work out hung over if I am hung over,” said the Grammy winner.

“I do a ton of yoga. It’s about the cross-training and keeping yourself inspired.”

Yoga promotes natural weight loss and reduces stress, said Jennifer Aniston’s yoga teacher, Mandy Ingber, author of Yogalosophy For Inner Strength.

In 2013, Lady Gaga was fat-shamed after gaining 25 pounds binge-eating pizza and pasta at her parents’ New York City Italian restaurant.

She lost the weight quickly with yoga workouts and a low glycemic index diet.

A low-glycemic diet accelerates weight loss, boosts metabolism and prevents diabetes, said Rob Thompson, author of The Insulin Resistance Solution.

Gaga, who battled anorexia and bulimia for over 10 years, encouraged fans to embrace their bodies without judgment.

“[I’ve had] bulimia and anorexia since I was 15,” she wrote in a since-deleted blog post.  “My weight loss/gain since I was child has tormented me.”

Gaga, born Stefani Germanotta, finally overcame bulimia after realizing the constant vomiting was damaging her voice.

“I had to stop. The acid on your vocal chords — it’s very bad,” she said. “It’s very dangerous.”

Gaga now urges young girls to value themselves and not get caught up in self-destructive cycles of crash-dieting and self-loathing.

The pop icon said she has finally learned to love herself, flaws and all.

“This is who I am,” wrote Lady Gaga. “And I am proud at any size.”
