Hilaria Baldwin spotlighted her yoga-toned bikini body and post-baby weight loss on Instagram just one week after giving birth to her third child.
Hilaria looked super-svelte with a tiny belly as she posed in a black bra and panties on Instagram.
Baldwin, who had documented her growing baby bump while pregnant, is now chronicling her speedy post-baby weight loss.
“Leo is 1 week!” Hilaria wrote in the caption to her Instagram video.
“Staying with the purpose of showing getting back into shape post baby, I wanted to create a little photo show for you.”
Hilaria, who’s married to actor Alec Baldwin, is a yoga teacher and longtime fitness fanatic.
Hilaria’s weight loss secrets are a vegan diet, cardio exercise and yoga workouts, Celebrity Health Fitness reported.
Baldwin, who walks, runs, and takes body-sculpting classes, exercises every day even if it’s just for a few minutes. “I teach myself yoga every day,” she said.
Yoga promotes natural weight loss and reduces stress, said Jennifer Aniston’s yoga teacher, Mandy Ingber, author of Yogalosophy For Inner Strength.
Leo is 1 week! Staying with the purpose of showing getting back into shape post baby, I wanted to create a little photo show for you. In order: the last pregnant belly photo I had…I think it was about a week before I delivered. Then I have my 24 hour post baby hospital pic that I shared last week. Carmen posed with me for my 1 week post delivery shot today. Then the little man himself, as we left the pediatrician today. He is eating like a champion and gaining weight!! ????#366daysoflivingclearly #hilarialcm
Other celebrity yoga devotees include age-defying supermodel Christie Brinkley, who also follows a vegan diet, as TheImproper has reported.
The weight loss and health effects of vegan and vegetarian diets are no surprise to obesity expert and nutritionist Lindsay Nixon.
A diet of minimally processed foods close to nature — predominantly plants — is associated with health and disease prevention, said Nixon, author of Happy Herbivore Light & Lean.
Health expert and vegetarian chef Jonathan Vine agrees.
A vegetarian diet is full of antioxidants that protect the body from age-related damage by free radicals, said Vine, author of Vegetarian Weight Loss.
Hilaria Baldwin is currently writing a fitness book called “The Living Clearly Method,” which comes out in December 2016.
