Pregnant Janet Jackson was photographed for the first time in public sporting a visible baby bump while shopping in London.
Jackson was spotted stepping out of a baby furniture store in London, where she has a home with her billionaire husband, Wissam Al Mana.
Janet wore dark blue sweatpants and a bulky black sweater that spotlighted her growing baby belly (see video).
Sources told ET Jackson came to the store with a bodyguard, an assistant, and two other people.
Janet then shopped for 45 minutes at the store, which had closed its doors to the public so the pop star could look at baby strollers and furniture in peace.
It’s unclear how far along Janet is or what her due date is. But judging by her baby bump, it’s likely Jackson is due in November or December.
Jackson shocked the world when she abruptly canceled her world tour in April 2016 and revealed she was pregnant, Celebrity Health Fitness reported.
“My husband and I are planning our family, so I’m going to have to delay the tour,” Janet said on Twitter. “I have to rest up, doctor’s orders. I will continue the tour as soon as I possibly can.”
At 50, Janet has a very high-risk pregnancy, and previously said she considered adopting a child.
“I would love to have children of our own, but we also would love to adopt,” Janet said in 2008.
Janet Jackson secretly married Qatari billionaire businessman Wissam Al Mana, 41, in 2012.
Shortly afterward, Janet converted to Islam because her husband is Muslim.
She kicked off her sold-out world tour in August 2015 to trumpet her new album, Unbreakable, which received glowing reviews.
Janet, who has struggled with weight for decades, recently said she was happy with her body and improved health after losing 60 pounds.
“I honestly don’t even know what size I am,” said Jackson. “Now it’s about looking in the mirror and saying, ‘I feel good. I feel healthy.'”
