Hailey Baldwin is a member of the infamous Hollywood “brat pack” that includes Kendall and Kylie Jenner, but she’s a force all her own in fashion. She exudes her signature sensuality.
Baldwin, the daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin, had to overcome her celebrity status to earn credibility in the fashion industry.
And she did it the hard way.
“I work my ass off to make what I have and to prove that this is what I want to do,” she said in an interview over the summer. “I want to be a model. I don’t think I would be where I am if people didn’t see something in me.”
There’s a lot to see.
The budding supermodel has fronted for campaigns with Guess, H&M, UGG, and Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren and other top brands.
Baldwin is not above flaunting her sensuality. She recently posed topless, with her lady bits appropriately covered in Calvin Klein underwear and nothing more in the U.S. edition of Elle.
The model got into a dust up over the summer when she was compared to an “Instagram model” apparently a derogatory reference to models who make most of their money off Instagram posts.
“I put all my modeling [photos] on my Instagram because I’m showing it to people. It’s not about me getting paid to model for things on Instagram,” said. “Of course, sometimes we do get paid for things we do for Instagram and Twitter—but there is a line of calling someone an ‘Insta model’ or an ‘Insta star.'”
“Don’t ever call me that because it really hurts my feelings and it’s disrespectful,” she added.
