Stormy Daniels is growing into a Category 5 headache for Donald Trump. The porn star wants to give back the $130,000 in hush money she received from Trump’s lawyer, Michael Cohen, so she can talk about and release text messages, photos and videos from their trysts.

Her story, plus whatever audio visual materials she possesses (di*k pics?) are probably worth ten times that amount. Plus, Stormy, real name Stephanie Clifford, believes the public has a right to know what went on.

Apparently, on that score, a lot. Among other things, she claims she may have a dress stained with The Donald’s semen.

Daniels made her intention known in a letter to Cohen today (Mar. 12). Cohen negotiated the original non-disclosure agreement and payment.

But Daniels argues in a recently filed lawsuit that Trump never signed the agreement, making it null and void.

The matter has become so explosive, Cohen now even has a lawyer, Lawrence Rosen, representing him.

They payment has been challenged as a possible violation of federal election finance disclosure rules, and Cohen could be facing ethics violations for his handling of the matter. He’s licensed to practice law in New York State.

Daniels’ letter offers to wire the money to an account designated by Trump as soon as this Friday, according to NBC News.

In return, Clifford would be allowed to “speak openly and freely about her prior relationship with the president and the attempts to silence her and use and publish and text messages, photos and videos relating to the President that she may have in her possession, all without fear of retribution or legal liability,” the letter says.

“This has never been about the money,” Clifford’s lawyer, Michael Avenatti, told NBC News.

“It has always been about Ms. Clifford being allowed to tell the truth. The American people should be permitted to judge for themselves who is shooting straight with them and who is misleading them. Our offer seeks to allow this to happen.”

President Trump has flatly denied having an affair with Clifford from 2006 through 2007, so arguably he has nothing to lose.

Clifford claims in her lawsuit that he had an “intimate” relationship with Trump in 2006 and 2007.

Under terms of the so-called “hush agreement.” Clifford could be liable for up to $1 million judgment if she talks about the affair, “which I intend to pursue,” Cohen told The Washington Post last week.

Trump’s lawyers are also reportedly considering legal action to prevent CBS’s “60 Minutes” news program from airing an interview with Clifford.

Clifford’s letter says the offer will remain open until noon Tuesday. The ball, so to speak, is in Trump’s court.
