Donald Trump just went through his worst week ever, what with Micheal Flynn’s sentencing memo hinting at high crimes and misdemeanors and more bad news to follow next week. But, fortunately, Randy Rainbow is here with some, ahem, encouraging words.

In the latest video spoof, Trump is cooling his heels, while Randy chats on the phone with a friend. Finally, he hangs up and begins interviewing the president about the latest developments in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation.

In addition to the devastating Flynn memo, Mueller is expected to issue similar documents involving former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort and the president’s erstwhile fixer Michael Cohen.

Can it get any worse? It sure seems so. Mueller is clearly persona non gratia in the White House. The room darkens and lightning flashes followed by booming thunder every time his name is mentioned.

Rainbow invariably breaks into song, a parody of “These Are My Favorite Things,” from the 1965 Julie Andrews movie “The Sound of Music.”

But instead of whiskers on kittens, bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens, Randy sings about buying a new wife, hiding tax returns, and tear gassing children on the border.
