Leighton Meester gets wet, very wet, in a new photo spread in Allure magazine and the rising star talks about everything from sex to her future on “Gossip Girl,” the CW show that everyone loves but never watches.
Meester let it be known that she will be leaving Gossip Girl when her contract runs out in two more years. It’s clear where she’s headed.
She just starred opposite Gwyneth Paltrow in “Country Strong,” a movie about a boozy washed up country singer who tries to rebuild her career and must contend with a beauty queen-turned-singer, Chiles Stanton, played by Meester.

Complications arising from romantic entanglements and old demons threaten to derail them all.
Meester can relate. She’s acted out her own messy “Gossip Girl” love affair as Blair Waldorf with Chuck Bass, played by Ed Westwick.
“I can really relate to it–not necessarily because it’s this dramatic, tumultuous relationship, but because the way they love each other is very real, and not for the sake of being dramatic. It’s actual love. There’s nobody for each other but them,” she said.
She also addressed another Gossip Girl rumor, her supposed rivalry with Blake Lively, who plays one of the lead characters, Serena van der Woodsen.
“It’s unfortunate when women are pitted against each other, like with ‘Sex and the City.’ People say, ‘They’re jealous of each other.’ Come on! They’re all rich, successful, great actresses.”
As for her personal life, Meester is all about great parties and great sex, which includes the wonderful cuddly kind, she says. And, she adds no need to rush into it.
“We had craaaazy parties, we had DJ’s, bands, an ice luge, a fire twirler. One of my roommates burned off her bangs on the stove trying to light a cigarette.”
Leighton, who recently splt from co-star Sebastian Stan, is also bored by the whole dating scene.
“It’s wonderful to be in love. And it’s definitely wonderful to cuddle and have sex and get to experience life with somebody.
“But it’s OK if you don’t find him and you’re 24. You can find it someday.”
