Robert Pattinson made his first appearance at the Golden Globe Awards and was clearly still in “Water for Elephant’s” mode. His hair was a definite shade of red, not a fiery red, but more like a dark rust red.
Rob told E! News that the hair color change was because he is switching between Water and “Twilight, Breaking Dawn.”
“I had to keep switching it between two movies,” he explained. Rob’s hair is more reddish in “Water for Elephants.”
“I thought it was a nice change,” he beamed to E! from the red carpet.
Rob made his first appearance at the Golden Globes ceremony. He presented the award for Best Foreign Language
Film with Olivia Wilde.

Danish film “In a Better World” was the winner.
“Water for Elephants” was shot in Ventura County, Calif. last summer but Robert and co-star Reese Witherspoon were in LA to shoot a few additional scenes for the movie.
Film director Francis Lawrence, tweeted: “just shooting a couple little additions and a surprise for the end!!! We’re almost done. Couldn’t be happier.”
Reese and Rob were back at the big tent on Thursday (Jan. 13) and Friday (Jan. 14) for the reshoots, according to reports.
They shared an on-screen kiss and Rob played with a baby. They also shot a scene where Rob carries Reese through mud.
Rob expressed surprise when told about the release of a Breaking Dawn photo showing him and Kristen Stewart in bed in a scene from “Breaking Dawn.”
“It’s crazy,” he said. “They released a sex scene!”
As for Elephants, Pattinson told E! “It was probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had making a movie…
“I’ve been working with [Reese Witherspoon] for the last three days,” he continued. “She’s amazing. She’s great. She’s funny.”
