Tiger Woods is swinging again, and not just golf clubs. He’s reportedly dating Alyse Lahti Johnson, the 22-year-old daughter of a sports executive, who has a head for golf and a body for sin.
The relationship exploded in tabloid headlines over this weekend, including reports that Johnston was arrested last year for suspicion of drunk driving.
Like so many celebrities, she has a mug shot to prove it.
Although 13 years his junior, Johnston has a lot in common with Woods. She is an avid golfer who hopes to join the pro tour and she has a sports business pedigree.
Her father is former St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Jeff Lahti and her stepfather is Alistair Johnston, a wealthy board member of IMG, the sports agency that represents Woods, according to radaronline.
They also live in the same Windermere, Fla, community where Woods sprawling estate is located.
The two have been seeing each other for at least a few months, according to sports blog TerezOwens.
Johnston apparently likes to party. She was arrested and charged with a DUI on Oct, 9 last year in Orlando. Her mug shot has already gone viral.
She eventually pleaded no contest to a lesser charge of reckless driving and was ordered to take DUI classes and submit to a substance abuse evaluation and report to probation.
The charged was reduced again after completing the program.
Her stepdad hired a coach for her and introduced her to Tiger, according to radaronline, citing sources.
Woods marriage to Swedish beauty Elin Nordegren imploded in a sex scandal following a Thanksgiving night car crash outside his Florida mansion.
Woods allegedly had sex with more than a dozen women during his marriage, most of whom were barmaids, party girls and prostitutes.
He and Nordegren divorced last year.
