Does Justin Bieber like his eggs scrambled or fried? Scrambled was the order last night (Apr. 30) after the 17-year-old teen sensation was pelted with six eggs during his show in Sidney, Australia.
While thousands of fans screamed and Justin was going through his moves, two eggs appeared seemingly out of nowhere and could be seen clearly splatting on stage. (See Video below)
Then, four more eggs hit the stage with considerable force, almost as if someone was dumping them from above. Fortunately no one was hit or hurt.
But two of the eggs came within a few feet of the Canadian singer as he dance on the stage.
The eggs made the stage slippery, but Justin reportedly didn’t miss a beat, while stagehands scrambled (no pun intended) to clean up the mess.
Legions of Justin’s fans, called Bielbiers, were irate about the incident and vented on social media sites afterward.
“Dear person who threw eggs at @justinbieber in Sydney, you now have over #9millionbeliebers after you, be afraid! We go harder than hard!” wrote one fan on Twitter.
The Australian leg of Bieber’s My World Tour was also hit by a ticket scam. Fans were paying as much as $700 for tickets to his Melbourne concert off auction site eBay, only to learn they were fake.
