Arnold Schwarz enegger cheated on wife Maria Shriver even while the two were dating before their marriage. So says faded movie star Brigitte Nielsen, who revealed her 1985 affair with him during the making of their movie, “Red Sonja.”
It was a locationship pure and simple, says Nielsen, a staggeringly attractive woman, who drew Arnold’s attention almost immediately on set.
“Since we both knew that wouldn’t last beyond the movie, we didn’t hold back,” Nielsen now says.
“We wanted to try everything and so we did. There were no restrictions, no promises, nothing, and it was a great time in my life,” she added.
Schwarzenegger’s 25-year marriage to the Kennedy family member is on the rocks after the former California governor was forced to reveal he had a love child with the household maid Mildred Baena.
Apparently marriage never tamed his sexual appetite.
Although he wasn’t married to Shriver at the time of his alleged affair with Nielsen, they were a couple.
“How serious it was with her, I don’t know,” says Nielsen. “He never spoke about her — and the way he was living his life with me, I felt I was the only one.
“Then I realized about him and Maria and, wow, I felt cheated. Maybe I wouldn’t have got into it if he said ‘I’m going to marry Maria and this is dead serious,’ but he didn’t, and our affair carried on,” she told London’s Daily Mail.
The Danish ex-model said Arnold “at the time was a lot of fun.”
“He was very professional and had a very sarcastic sense of humor,” she said.
Arnold joked about becoming governor of California and lavished her with gifts, she said.
Shriver must be fuming over the latest revelation. It suggests that Arnold was never faithful, and had no intention of giving up his out-of-control womanizing.
And he wanted to be president?
