Jersey Shore Gang Hits Italy; Season 4 Preview (watch!) 1Snooki, Pauly D, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, J.Woww and the rest of “Jersey Shore” cast may be Italian, but Italy proves to be as much as a mystery to them, as they are to the real Italians.

To say the gang mixed like oil and vinegar with their Italian brethren would be an understatement. As the new trailer for upcoming Season Four shows, you can’t go home again– without causing an uproar.

“I’m going back to the motherland, Sorrentino says. “Back to the bloodlines of ‘The Situation.'”

It seems “Jersey Shore” drinking, fighting, and random hooking up are just as foreign to the Italians, as they are to most Americans.

But then, that’s what makes the MTV reality show such an anthropological oddity.

Not that it matters; forget about absorbing the culture, the gang simply acts like it’s another day at the beach.

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi attempts to drive and has a too-close encounter with a cop car. Wisely the police pull her license.

The Situation at least feigns learning the language, but only so he can hit on the local ladies.

Deena and Pauly D, makeout in a club, and Pauly proclaims: “If Deena’s boobies could talk, they’d say ‘I’m a good time.'”

Snooki gets flirty with The Situation and ends up throwing a vase at him after he causes problems with her boyfriend.

The next thing you know, he’s going after Ronnie and Sammi, screaming that he doesn’t “give a f—” about them.

“I have a lot of anger built up to Mike,” says Ronniem, plotting revenge. “I think it’s time I do what I have to do.”

Ronnie doesn’t elaborate, but let’s just say “The Situation” needs medical attention.

“Jersey Shore” premieres Aug. 4.

For real addicts, MTV will air a one-hour special on July 28 that takes an inside look at the rise of the show.

Two days before that, on July 26, the “Jersey Shore Uncensored: Season Three” DVD will hit stores.
