Rihanna has become almost incendiary every time she touches down on UK soil.
Last year, she ignited more than 2,000 complaints and an official inquiry after her raunchy performance on “X Factor,” during Britain’s “family” television time.
The video for her new song, “We Found Love,” was being shot in and around Belfast, Ireland, including a patch of land owned by farmer Alan Graham.
She was accompanied by Scottish DJ Calvin Harris.
All went well until Rihanna, 23, doffed her top and started prancing around on his land. Graham put his foot down and told her to get off his property.
Graham, 61, had agreed for his field to be used for the shoot, but had no idea who Rihanna was or the nature of her video. But he quickly found out.
“Someone explained she was as big as it gets as far as pop stars were concerned. I am a bit illiterate about those issues,” he said, according to London’s Daily Mail.
“I realized things had got to a stage which was not acceptable to me. Things became inappropriate and I asked the film crew to stop,” he explained. “I say, ‘Enough is enough.’
“She understood where I was coming from. We shook hands and parted company on good terms,” he added.
Graham said he had not been paid yet for use of his field and did not know if he would be.
Rihanna is set to play three sell-out shows at Belfast’s Odyssey Arena this weekend. Those shows will definitely go on.
