Rihanna pushes all the buttons in her new video for “We Found Love,” from getting naked, to cavorting with a Chris Brown look-a-like and doing a gamut of drugs.
The video has been controversial from the get-go.
Rihanna filmed in it in Ireland and caused a ruckus when farmer Alan Graham. ordered her off his land because she went topless during a shoot in one of Graham’s fields.
Last year, she ignited more than 2,000 complaints and an official inquiry after her raunchy performance on “X Factor,” during Britain’s “family” television time.
The video for “We Found Love,” the 23-year-old singer smokes dope, pops pills, drinks and has sex.
The Brown look-a-like is boxer-turned-model Dudley O’Shaughnessy, who also stars in the video.
The video opens with a Belfast cityscape; Rihanna appears, looking out a window wistfully.
It cuts to her and O’Shaughnessy smoking a joint and then to sitting in a tub, clothed for the moment.
Then, Rihanna is tossing and turning on a bed in her underwear.
An Irish woman does the voice over until a clash of thunder and lightening introduces the song.
The field scene, with Rihanna briefly running with her back to the camera also appears in the video.
