Justin Bieber is quickly learning the price of fame. He’s caught up in his first paternity suit at the tender age of 17. His camp vigorously denies the claim, but a simple paternity test will tell who’s lying.
Justin reportedly had a backstage tryst, long thought to be a prerogative of rock stars, but it’s never quite that simple.
Here’s the problem; a lot of people are backstage at any given moment during and after a show, and finding the time and the place, outside of a dressing room, for sex is not as easy as it seems.
The claims by 20-year-old Mariah Yeater, of California, were reportedly made in a lawsuit, according to Star magazine, not always the most reliable on celebrity news.
Yeater claims the teen sensation fathered her three-month-old baby and has demanded a paternity test, radaronline reports. It’s owned by the same company that owns Star magazine.
Justin, of course, is dating former Disney teen queen Selena Gomez, 19.
Gomez told Letterman in March that she has known Bieber for more than two years.
Her mother, who doubles as her manager, reportedly got together with Justin’s mother and arranged the meeting.
They officially have been dating since the end of last year but went public in March at the Oscars.
Justin, who touts his Christian devotion, told Rolling Stone magazine in March that no one “should have sex with anyone unless you love them.”
The woman claims the sexual tryst occurred Oct. 25, 2010, which would certainly put it in the same time frame of a budding Bieber-Gomez romance.
Yeater claims in an affidavit that she was invited backstage by bodyguards after Bieber’s performance at the L.A. Staples centre.
It is possible the Bieber sent his security out trolling for a quick hookup backstage. That’s been known to happen at concerts. But it amounts to a cynical exploitation of fans.
She looks eerily like Gomez, with the same raven-colored hair.
“Immediately, it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss. Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone.
“I agreed to go with him and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time,” she claims.
Ha! The old “I’m a virgin,” line? Say it ain’t so Biebs.
According to the affidavit, it sounds like Bieber has been hanging out with the hip-hop crowd a little too much.
“We went inside and immediately his personality changed drastically.
“He began touching me and repeatedly said he wanted to f*** the s*** out of me. At the time I asked him to put a condom for protection, but he insisted that he did not want to.” she recounted.
“In his own words, he said that because it was his first time he wanted to feel everything,” she added.
If that’s true, then the Biebs needs a little talk about sex education.
OMG! Premature ejaculation?
She is said to have described the intercourse as “brief,” or about 30 seconds.
A spokesman from the Bieber camp issued the following statement:
“While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims,” according to TMZ.
That’s odd too. If the claims are true why didn’t Yeater try to reach a private, out-of-court settlement first?
The move suggests a pure play for publicity.
A court hearing is said to have been set for Dec. 15. The woman is seeking child support.
Looks like the Biebs may be ponying up some DNA.
